PCBN insert is suitable for machining hardened steel, gray cast iron, ductile iron, and powder metallurgy.
Especially coated PCBN insert is suitable for continuous to the heavy interrupted cutting of hardened steel
and has excellent universal performance.
PCD insert (MND10 material ) is suitable for rough and finish machining of aluminum alloy and other materials.
The four edge types are standard, chip breaker, full length, and full face.
